We start by thoroughly sweeping and vacuuming to remove all crumbs and large particles from your floors.
We use a limited amount of “hardwood safe” appropriate cleaning product on the flooring, something that’s more pH neutral designed for hardwood, vinyl, and laminate.
With a 2 brush scrubbing machine on a low setting, we gently start the removal of the dirty soil and stains out of the wood fibers, and between the planks of the flooring. The machine’s brushes have thousands of tiny bristles that agitate and get deep within the floor to pull up soil. This machine is the reason we use almost 90% less water than competitors.
After the scrubbing process, the hardwood is left to dry for about an hour.
A commercial vacuum is taken over the areas to pick up any remaining particles that the scrubber has pulled to the surface — dirt, dust, pet hair, etc.
